Background

Heliconix Group, a subsidiary of GmbH Synthetik Eurotech, operates in the skincare and beauty industry with branches in both Iran and Germany. The company needed a modern website to introduce the brand professionally, attract new international customers, and showcase its products.

 

The website was designed to be fully multilingual (Persian, Arabic, English, German) in order to reach a global audience.

My Role

  • UI design in Figma

  • UX design in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams

  • WordPress development using Elementor Pro, WooCommerce, multilingual plugins, and SEO tools

  • Managed the full process from wireframes to launch

  • Timeline: 2 months

Process

  • UI Design: created clean, minimal layouts reflecting the brand identity

  • UX Workshops: worked with sales and marketing to simplify user journeys and highlight products

  • WordPress Development: customized the theme, set up product catalog and multilingual functionality, optimized for SEO and mobile

  • Testing & Iteration: applied changes based on team feedback before launch

Challenges

  • Budget constraints led us to choose WordPress as the CMS

  • Team coordination issues caused delays (missing content, untranslated copy)

  • International hosting created technical challenges, requiring direct communication with the provider abroad

Outcome

The Heliconix website launched successfully after 2 months and was live for 3 months. Despite being taken offline later due to budget limitations, during its active period it achieved:

  • ~40% increase in site visits

  • Over 120 contact form submissions

  • ~30% improvement in engagement with product pages

Feedback from both the internal team and customers was highly positive.
